The Spring Builders Showcase, with “gold sponsor” Big C Lumber and presented by the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley (HBA), will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 10-11 and 17-18 from 12-6 PM, plus Wednesday, May 14 from 4:30-7:30 PM, or by appointment. The Showcase, featuring 38 homes is open to the public free-of-charge.

The show features the best options for you, the homebuyer—from affordable entry-level homes to exciting new options and features for every wish list. Our “scattered site show” format benefits the public as well as our builders and developers by offering a variety of locations in every price range. The builder or a representative will be available at every home to discuss floor plans, building sites, construction and financing options to help your decision making process a smooth experience.

The Builders Showcase Guide, detailing the 38 homes with front elevations and floor plans will be available one week prior to the show at area Martin's, Meijer and select Wal-Mart stores where NewHomes magazine can be found. This is a publication you will be sure to keep and reference in your home search endeavor. In addition, our ad campaign will feature show details on local television and radio spots, along with various print ads.

Remember, the “Q” in the HBA logo stands for “ A Higher Standard of Quality ”— synonymous with the Indiana Quality Assurance Standards program, providing you with the confidence that professionals in the industry are handling your project.
