FALL BUILDERS SHOWCASE
Twice a year in the spring and fall, our home show events give us an opportunity to highlight the talents and capabilities of HBA/SJV members, as well as share our vision for housing in this community.

Plan to attend the upcoming Fall Builders Showcase, and Home Improvement Show presented by the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley (HBA/SJV). This event will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 24- 25 & Oct. 1-2, from 12-6PM. In addition, homes may visited on Wednesday, Sept. 28, from 4-7PM or by appointment with the builder. Visit the Home Improvement houses Oct. 1-2, from 12-6PM only.

The Showcase will feature 10 new homes and 2 home improvement projects and are located throughout the Michiana area. Our “scattered site" show format benefits the public as well as our builders by offering a variety of locations in every price range. This show features options for the homebuyer—from affordable entry-level homes and exciting new ideas for every wish list .

One week prior to the event, look for the Builders ShowCase Guide at local Martin’s Supermarkets and Meijer stores. You will find the guide at the entrances and exits in the “free publications racks”. This valuable guide will give you all the details about each home in the event. This is a publication you will be sure to keep and reference in your home search endeavor.

Remember, the “Q” in the HBA logo stands for “A Higher Standard of Quality ”—synonymous with the Indiana Quality Assurance Standards program, providing you with the confidence that professionals in the industry are handling your project. Make sure your builder or remodeler is a member of the Home Builders Association.
