The Spike Club is a group of members recognized for outstanding achievement in membership recruitment and retention. The purpose of the Spike Club is to promote membership and motivate others at attain Spike status, thereby strengthening our local, state and national associations. In addition to being the association’s chief membership getters, Spikes are the leaders and motivators in membership retention by working to keep members active. How many people or companies do you do business with who are not yet members of the Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley? Spike members (6.0-24.99) you are required to earn 1 credit each year to retain your previous credits. For Spike members with 1.0-5.99, there is a two year limit to reach Spike status of 6.0.
